Detailed Assessments

I participated in additional assessments to provide a further description of my personality and skills. Below are the results.

The Kiersey assessment is a personality and skills assessment that divides people into four "temperaments." These are guardian, idealist, rational and artisan.

I was assessed as an idealist.

The My Plan assessment helps people identify one's motivations and the perceived important aspects in one's career. The six major aspects assessed are achievement, support, working conditions, recognition,

relationships and independence. Achievement, support, and working conditions are the most important aspects to me.

This assessment uses O*Net information to relate interests to work life. The questions are about specific tasks and are rated on a scale. The interests are grouped into six categories consisting of; realistic, investigative, artistic, social, enterprising and conventional. The three interests that I tested highest in were social, enterprising and conventional.

The Holland Code is another assessment that compiles interests and the compatible careers to go along with those interests. These interests are categorized into six areas; building, thinking, creating, helping, persuading and organizing. I tested highest in helping, persuading and organizing.

The Via character assesses one's character strengths. These strengths can be used to address life's challenges and problems that occur in one's occupation. There are twenty-four of these character strengths.My top five strengths are humor, kindness, love, fairness and social intelligence.
