His ability to trust his judgement and make good decisions sets him apart from other people. He believes in himself and knows he is capable of achievement. That confidence is instilled in his questions and dedication to doing what is right. Finally, Tyler has great social skills. He is a person who can get along with anybody but at the same time is completely fine being able to take a step back and let others lead. He understands situations and will make good choices based on what situation he is involved with.”
